Job Summary

PhonePe is hiring enthusiastic and target-driven Business Development Executives (BDEs) to onboard new merchants, promote PhonePe business solutions, and strengthen merchant relationships in the assigned area.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit local markets and onboard new merchants to PhonePe.
• Promote PhonePe QR, Soundbox, and other merchant solutions.
• Explain the benefits and features of PhonePe services to business owners.
• Install and activate PhonePe merchant products.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants.
• Resolve basic merchant queries and provide timely support.
• Achieve daily and monthly onboarding targets.
• Submit daily activity and sales reports.

Eligibility

• Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Basic smartphone knowledge is required.
• Must be comfortable with field sales.

Preferred Skills

• Sales and customer handling skills.
• Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently.
• Local language proficiency is an advantage.
